Max Life Employee Engagement Survey

From the launch of the campaign, tying the execution phase with countdown, motivational and interactive eDMs and wallpapers to announcing the survey results and thanking everyone for being a part of it, the campaign was wrapped up in 16 thought-provoking eDMs. The campaign was mapped out with strategically timed communication at regular intervals to involve the employees and motivate them to take part in the survey. With a record-breaking 92% participation in the survey we can go on to say that the campaign was quite well executed.
