The flagship event - Dell EMC India Partner Summit 2017 was organized in Monaco this year. The affluent location provided the ideal backdrop for a kaleidoscope of unforgettable experiences. Inspired by the place and its connection to James Bond, the theme of Realize extraordinary was woven into the entire event experience. The objective was to infuse these partners with the traits that make James Bond a legend- the daring, the panache, the will to win etc.. We are proud to have realized the extraordinary at this year's Summit with our integrated James Bond inspired approach wherein we devised special communication plan and utilized specially curated videos to create a spectacle. In our endeavor to create a unique experience for the partners, we came up with a unique treasure hunt wherein partners were encouraged to channel their Inner bonds and solve clues to claim the prize. This treasure hunt was delicately woven into their city tour such that attractions like The Rock (Le Rocher), Grimaldi Palace and the Oceanographic Museum became check points in their hunts. The Summit came to life at the Gala Dinner wherein Neha Dhupia and Sophie Choudry were the star attractions. The Awards hosted by Neha, were designed in the Cannes awards theme and 21 partners were awarded for their exemplary association with Dell EMC.

Dell EMC Forum is a premier technology event where IT leaders explore technology trends and global best practices for realizing digital and IT transformation. This year Dell, along with Kestone, reached out to 2,400 CIOs and IT decision makers (ITDM) from +1,400 organizations across Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. We are proud to have made this month long Dell EMC event experiential as well as immersive with innovative interventions such as an audio-walkthrough-enabled Solution Expo, Product Demo Zones, VR Booths, Customer Advocacy Booths and mobile app based event management system for driving delegate engagement and social media amplification.

This year we also launched, Dell Designathon, a 24-hour reality-show-format design challenge, at Dell EMC Forum. Here 12 teams, representing various industry sectors where design plays an important role, used Dell Precision workstations to design futuristic products and competed for the big prize.

Microsoft Teacher Ambassador Program is an exclusive training program with the objective to bring complete transformation in education with innovative use to Microsoft tools and technologies. The aim is to excite teachers and students on Microsoft tools and technologies and help them realize their goals. This year Microsoft along with Kestone, had set up a team of experienced educational consultants, Teacher Ambassadors, who had reached out to premier educational institutions across the country, engaged the decision makers explaining them Microsoft's education offerings and conduct educator training. Educator training involves full day classroom session in which educators are trained on usage and applications of various Microsoft tools in education. To further handhold the educators in their learning journey they are made member of an online community managed by the Teacher Ambassadors which serves as platform for query resolution, sharing of new updates and follow up trainings via webinars.

To boost the awareness about the program in the target audience, dedicated tele-calling engine was setup for appointing Teacher ambassadors. MeltingPot 2020 is the only property on Innovation in India, to facilitate collaboration, networking and knowledge sharing between the academia and corporates.
